“EMBRACING PIAZZOLLA” A Tangoliquide intervention in Charlotte, Opéra Brut nyc-paris is celebrating Astor Piazzollas birthday *, Wednesday, March 11th from 12PM-1PM, in Founders Hall 100 North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28255 join us at the piano to share a spontaneous dance to Piazzolla’s music with moments of creativity: Tangoliquide Dancing no steps to learn, only connecting to the Tango music and a dance partner animated by Emily Estrella, Nina Goedé, Jinny Hargrave, Greg Gershowitz, Steve Cohn, Marcelo Novo Opéra Brut-Live Concert-Improvisation based on music fragments from Astor Piazzolla’s Remembrance and Nina Goedé’s new opera “Olympus over the City”, searching for peace in troubled times.
